Neuro-Linguistic Programming uses the information we receive through the senses, language, and other non-verbal communication systems through which our world is given meaning. NLP helps us discover and use the communication programs we use to achieve our desired outcomes. We need outcomes to direct our behaviour. Through learning to read non-verbal cues, paying attention to language and understanding how to achieve outcomes, educators can use NLP techniques to help their students’ learning.
